To ensure that all parties operate transparently and ethically, we perform proportionate due diligence on both investors and issuers before any introduction.

Confirm the identity of directors and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).
Check for any sanctions, adverse media, or disqualification notices.
Review business materials to confirm the legitimacy and purpose of the raise.
For all potential investors introduced by Turing, we:
Confirm investor status (institutional, high-net-worth, or self-certified sophisticated investor) in accordance with UK FCA COBS 4.12 standards.
Request self-certification declarations where applicable.
Verify identity and proof of address for individual investors.
Ensure that all investment funds are transferred directly between investor and issuer.
Turing maintains secure records of all due diligence conducted, including identification data, verification outcomes, and correspondence logs.
All data is processed in compliance with UK GDPR and retained only for legitimate business and legal purposes.
Turing does not handle or receive client money.
Turing does not make personal investment recommendations.
