Alan Kelly – Founder

Alan Kelly is a fintech and AI executive with over 20 years of experience in banking technology, product development, and capital raising.

• Capital Raising Expertise: Hands-on experience structuring and executing fundraising from seed to institutional growth rounds, connecting founders with sophisticated investors and strategic capital.

• Technical Leadership: Architected large-scale regulatory, risk, and trading platforms for global financial institutions. Deep experience in AI, quantitative systems, and data infrastructure—further extended through Turing Complete Capital, the firm’s proprietary R&D division for autonomous trading and applied AI.

• Strategic Advisor: Combines technical insight with investor storytelling, ensuring founders communicate vision, execution capability, and enterprise value with clarity and credibility.

Early Quant Pedigree

Alan began his career at D. E. Shaw & Co., recruited by John Overdeck and David Siegel (who later founded Two Sigma), where he built real-time trading and market-making systems across equity derivatives and convertible bonds. He worked alongside colleagues who would go on to create Quadrature Capital, in an environment that shaped some of the most influential quantitative finance teams of the modern era. His early tenure also overlapped with Jeff Bezos, shortly before he left to found Amazon.

This foundational experience — at the intersection of computation, markets, and engineering precision — continues to inform Alan’s strategic perspective and his contribution to Turing's technology and capital-infrastructure work.

Current Focus

Alongside his executive role in the financial-technology sector, Alan supports Turing Complete Solutions in a non-executive capacity, advising on growth strategy, investor engagement, and the development of applied-AI initiatives such as Turing Complete Capital.

Anna Kelly oversees strategic operations, investor communications, and international coordination at Turing Complete Solutions.

• Investor-Facing Expertise: Manages transaction processes and aligns founders’ execution plans with investor expectations, providing clarity and confidence during fundraising.

• Cross-Border Leadership: Fluent in Polish and English, facilitating effective communication with international teams, clients, and investors.
